About Us

Phoenix Electronics Corporate was established 1972 in upstate New York as a manufacturer of non-molded cable harnesses and assemblies. Throughout the 1970's they steadily diversified their customer base to include major  manufacturers of other electronic products. Phoenix rapidly became recognized as a premier cable assembly/harness supplier to several of the world's largest computer manufacturers. We continued to expand operations during the 1980's and eventually opened Phoenix Cables Inc., a Caribbean facility located in Aguadilla, PR in 1989 and a Southwest facility in Rio Rancho, NM in 1990. Injection Molding operations began in 1996 in Puerto Rico.

Although Phoenix is a family owned business all locations are incorporated separately with each General Manager being responsible for all aspects of their respective plant. This arrangement not only gives Phoenix the flexibility to better serve their customers it also gives them the purchasing power of a larger corporation which allows them to be very competitive in todays global market.
